Brighton Festival 2009

The Festival is about to start. The signs are up, security guards are ready. The Children’s Parade, the official kick-off of the Festival, is about to block the traffic and invade the city centre. Many children in their costumes can be seen hurrying up with their parents to take their place in the parade, with their school. Soon the noise of whistles and drums will fill the air and everybody will know that it’s Festival time once again.
